Unexpected defect upon receipt
Although we check every product before shipment, it may not work when you receive it. In this exceptional and annoying situation, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If we can reproduce the defect, we will provide an appropriate solution.
Problem with an item?
Is the product defective? Then follow the steps below. This way we can handle the defect as smoothly and quickly as possible.
- Report the defect, preferably by telephone (+31 (0)297 - 760 001) or by e-mail ([email protected]). Our experience has taught us that we can often solve many defects over the phone immediately. If that is not possible, you can send the defective product to us.
- Upon receipt, we will examine the defect and propose a solution as quickly as possible.
Urifoon BV complies with the conformity requirement of the Market Practices and Consumer Protection Act. We stand for reliable products. You may expect a product delivered by us to perform as expected. Should your product become defective under normal use, you can of course count on us.
The warranty period for electronics is 12 months.
For (sensor) underwear, the warranty period is 3 months.
