How many kids wet their bed at least a few times per week?

Bedwetting is very common

Because bedwetting is very common and is a normal, but highly uncomfortable issue. About 15% of 6-year-olds still regularly wets the bed. For 12- to 15-year-olds, this is about 2%. Logically, as the children grow older, the number of children who wet the bed decreases.

Boys wet the bed more often than girls

Boys wet the bed 2x more often than girls. And if both parents had issues with bedwetting when they were young, about 80% of the time, their children after the age of 5 will too.
